Our focus is to deliver services that are efficient, cost effective and promptly, without compromise on professionalism.

DEMOLA AGBOOLA

Mr. Agboola founded Pacelta Technologies Limited in 2001 with a powerful vision that focuses on the integration of UPS power supply into a system network, with bias for system network protection. He has nurtured the company in the last few years into an organization with a large asset base.

Pacelta Technologies Limited was repositioned in November 2006 for challenges in the new millennium through the acquisition of its majority shares by BTL group. This new relationship gives the company access to a larger financial base of over =N= 4 Billion.

In recent times, Pacelta’s product portfolio has grown into extensive portfolio that covers: structured cabling, system protection, data centre site preparation and Telecommunication Turnkey Site Build.

Mr. Ademola Agboola is an engineer with close to Twenty years experience. He has worked extensively on alternative power systems, Infrastructure installation and administration. An accomplished engineering consultant, Mr. Agboola has successfully handled local installation for NCR, TELNET, ERICSSON, Abuja Stock Exchange, UBA Plc. and CELTEL Nigeria amongst others. He is a graduate of the Fate Foundation and has served as a caretaker committee member of its Alumni Foundation for two sessions (4 yrs.)

Mr. Demola Agboola through his hard work, vision, and entrepreneurship intends to create a service in technology that will bring relief to company’s operations.  

He is also an Executive Consultant to Intelligent and Biometric Security System (IBSS) Limited, an international electronic security systems service provider in the ECOWAS region. 

 

KAYODE FASANYA

Mr. Kayode Fasanya is the Regional Director –West Africa, for Intelligence and Biometric Security Systems Limited (IBSS), an asset and IT security solutions company.

A graduate of food science and technology, specializing in industrial process control, he has worked in various management capacities including controller of marketing and rose to become the executive director of an industrial manufacturing concern BTL, involved in the manufacture of various industrial chemicals and building materials. He has attended a number of courses and is versed in high-level issues concerning equity management, costing, debenture control and marketing.

A skilled negotiator, Mr. Fasanya also has versed experience in international trade and is the founding Principal consultant of Exporter’s networking collaboration with the British Airways during its conference series in Ghana for it’s new perishables handling and processing facility in Hatton cross, U.K.

He represents BTL group on the board of Pacelta Technologies Limited. He is also the Group Managing Director.

 

OLUFUNKE AGBOOLA

Funke is a graduate of economics from University of Lagos. Before coming on board, she had worked as an administrator and marketer with different organisations. She co-founded Sweet Inspirations Limited and is the managing director of the company. An astute entrepreneur, she brings her wealth of experience to the board.

 

OLA OLORUNNISOMO

Ola graduated with HND Civil Engineering from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He is a foremost Site Engineer and has supervised various projects such as residential, commercial and industrial for such clients as Zenith Int’l Bank, Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), African Petroleum (AP), and MTN, GLOBALCOM and CELTEL site preparation (Turnkey projects) across the federation.

 

MESUBI OPEYEMI

Opeyemi is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from University of Ilorin, Kwara State. She has worked with General Data Engineering Services Ltd. (Skannet) as an engineer/support staff where she was involved in the installation of wireless and dial-up Internet connectivity for both individual and corporate bodies. She has been exposed also to field operations of setting up wireless access using Cisco radios, and Motorola canopy on either point to point or point to multiply point access.
